Login
Login uses a server session (cookies). Same device stays logged in until you logout.
Progress Graphs
Exercise Graph shows one bar per day for a selected Type and Machine (last entry of each day). Total Load combines all exercises per day into one score, with an optional stacked-by-exercise view.
Total Load formula per entry: score = (sets * reps * weight) * difficultyMultiplier. Difficulty multiplier uses your 1-5 rating.
Workout Entry (Add and Edit)
Required: Workout type and Machine. After saving, this section collapses.
Optional
Numbers only, comma-separated. Example: 10,8,6
Optional: upload a photo for this Type and Machine, or pick a saved photo to prefill.
Workout type and Machine are required.
Copy Workouts Toolbar
Easily copy all workouts from a selected date.
  1. Select the from and to dates.
  2. Then click the "Copy All Into Workout Date" button.
From Date
To Date
Swipe left or right on this row to change day (plus or minus one).
Range mode shows all workouts between two dates (inclusive). Previous/Next day is disabled while range is on.
